Sales strategy ­– is a company’s or individual’s plan on how to conduct sales of products and services to customers and increase profits. Sales strategy are usually developed by organizations’ administration and are implement at all stages of making product or service reach the customer from production to promotion and customer relationship management strategy.

Sales strategy components include targeting and segmentation, buying process, message delivery and revenue growth strategies, performance metrics and compensation, etc.
